Rick Copenhaver Appointed GM

Indratech announced the hiring of Rick Copenhaver as the General Manager of the Elkhart manufacturing facility. Copenhaver, an Elkhart native, has extensive experience in quality control, as well as sales initiatives. He is the former Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Wieland Designs, a contract furniture design and manufacturing firm. While at Wieland, he led the company to the second best quality rating for small businesses in the country, as ranked by Quality magazine. Copenhaver’s background will help Indratech implement additional process controls to make the system more robust and scalable for growing production volumes.
