At last there’s a practical replacement for traditional foam and steel innersprings that performs just as well, but is safe, non-toxic and made of recycled polyester. The Evergreen mattress is a breakthrough in fiber technology because it eliminates the need for wire innersprings. In their place we have developed the InduraCore™ fiber pad made from recycled polyester bottles that gives you an extremely durable, comfortable and safe mattress. Performance testing has established that mattresses with the InduraCore™ meet industry standards when measured for firmness and height.

Why Recycled Polyester?
It’s environmentally friendly. Like all IPF products, the Evergreen System contains no hazardous foam or flame-retardant chemicals, yet it still meets the Flammability Standard 16 CFRR Part 1633. It’s also hypoallergenic. It won’t produce airborne mold or bacteria particles.
